BonBon provides 21 days return and exchange policy. You always have the option to get your items changed or refunded without providing any explanation.

To exchange/refund your items, simply reach out over WhatsApp to our customer support team @0325-5266266(03255-BonBon) and they will guide you to a smooth exchange or return process.

Exchange or refund processes may take 3-10 business days and additional charges for exchange will be Rs. 200/- (Delivery charges)

Doorstep exchanges and return collection is offered for Certain Addresses and Cost Rs. 250/-

In the event of exchange or refund, BonBon reserves the right to charge delivery charges for one or both sides.
