BonBon offers a 21-day return and exchange policy. You can request an exchange or refund within 21 days of receiving your order without providing any explanation. (Both-side delivery charges will be borne by the customer.)

Exchange or refund processing may take 3–10 business days.
A delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies for exchanges.
For selected addresses, doorstep exchange or return collection is available for Rs. 250.
Refunds:
If an order qualified for free shipping, the standard delivery charge of Rs. 250 will be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event of an exchange or refund, BonBon reserves the right to charge delivery fees for one or both sides of shipping.
